1) Authorization letter with confirmation of affiliate status from the vendor Symantec.
2) Scan of a confirmation letter with signature and seal, agreeing with the following requirements (in the form of attachment № 1):
a. The participant must confirm partnership with vendor Symantec;
b. The participant must confirm willingness to work 100% of the postpaid within 20 working days in rubles according to exchange rate on the date of payment;
c. The participant must confirm willingness to place orders on guarantee letter;
d. The participant must confirm willingness to sign an agreement on the form of a sub license proposed by the Moscow stock exchange (Appendix 4);
e. The participant must confirm willingness to KP in the format of Annex No. 2.
The proposal should really be at least 12 months.

In case it is necessary to extend the bidding for B2b, the participant should send a notification to the Manager on the electronic request or e-mail: Aleksey.Khromov@moex.com with indication of reasons for extending trades at least 60 minutes (1:00) before the deadline, i.e. by 05.03.2018 11:00. In case the participant will send notification of the extension of the trades in less than 60 minutes (1:00), HC Moscow Exchange reserves the right not to consider this request.
