Ranking of bids

2. Mandatory compliance with clause 17 of the Terms of Reference.

3. Provision of documents, according to clause 17 of the Terms of Reference.

4. The Bidder confirms by his participation that he agrees to the Terms of Reference.

The Commercial Proposal is submitted on an electronic platform.

Proposals of Bidders who will provide a full package of documents will be accepted for consideration.
