Two-stage purchase procedure

Payment terms:It is preferable to pay 100% on the fact of services rendered with a deferred payment of 60 calendar days (ready to consider the contractor's offer). Advance payment is possible only on the terms of issuing a bank guarantee for the refund of the advance payment.

Comments:
1. The technical part of the submitted proposal must be certified by the signature of the supervisor with an impression of the seal. In the technical part, the list and composition of the works must be indicated and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit rates, payment terms, etc.) The commercial part of the application must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the E-Marketplace. If the data in the attached Commercial Proposal and the completed electronic form on the site do not match, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the Technical and Commercial Proposal will be rejected. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an Agreement may be terminated. The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as to accept or reject any offer in whole or in part, as well as to reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as to cancel the Call for Bidding at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.
