Payment terms:
the current payments are paid by the employer at a rate of 95 per cent of the cost of work stages according to the contract referred to in the instruments of acceptance of the executed works in form of COP 2 (annex 6) and help about the value of work performed and costs of COP-3 form (annex 7) paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing acts of acceptance of works.
Payments on completion of the contract, paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of putting into operation (acceptance of finished construction project acceptance Committee, form # KS-14).

Comments: 7. Party request for proposals may be any legal entity or natural person, including an individual entrepreneur, is the subject of small and medium-sized businesses. To claim victory in this request for proposals, the participant shall:
• have the legal capacity to enter into and perform the contract (i.e., conform to the requirements established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation to persons engaged in delivery of goods, works, provision of services which are the subject of trades), the individual should possess full legal capacity to enter into and perform the contract;
