2. Purpose of work:
2.1. Ensuring the smooth operation of climatic technology, warning and timely elimination of malfunctions.
2.2. Improving working conditions.
3. Description and scope of services provided.
3.1. Maintenance of air conditioning equipment (hereinafter referred to as climatic equipment) is a complex of organizational and technical measures of a planned and preventive nature to maintain climatic equipment in working order.
3.1.1. The list of climatic equipment for calculating the cost of maintenance is given in Appendix 2 ("Information on the availability of climatic equipment at EPM-NEZ JSC").
3.1.2. Maintenance of the Customer's climatic equipment is carried out in the following order:
3.1.3. Scheduled maintenance works are carried out by the "Contractor" 2 times a year during the validity of the Agreement in accordance with the list specified in Appendix 7, according to the schedule in Appendix 4, at the rates proposed by the "Contractor" (Appendix 5). Unscheduled (additional) maintenance is carried out by the Contractor at the request of the Customer. If, in the course of maintenance of climatic equipment, the "Contractor" discovers equipment, the technical condition of which cannot ensure safe efficient operation and requires repair, then for each unit of such equipment, the "Contractor" together with the "Customer" draws up a "Defective sheet "in the form of Appendix 6, which is the basis for the repair.
3.1.4. The cost of maintenance of the climatic equipment specified in the "Defective Statement" is carried out at the rates proposed by the "Contractor" (Appendix 5), while the physical volumes of maintenance work under the contract are adjusted by the bilateral agreement of the "Parties".
3.2. Routine repair of air climatic equipment systems (hereinafter - climatic equipment) is a complex of organizational and technical measures of a planned preventive nature to maintain climatic equipment in working order.
3.2.1. The list of climatic equipment for calculating the cost of current repairs is given in Appendix 2 ("Information on the availability of climatic equipment at EPM-NEZ JSC").
3.2.2. Routine repair of the Customer's climatic equipment is carried out in the following order:
3.2.3. Maintenance work is carried out by the "Contractor" during the validity of the Agreement in accordance with the list specified in the schedule (Appendix 4), at the rates proposed by the "Contractor" (Appendix 8). If, in the course of the current repair of air conditioners, the "Contractor" discovers equipment whose technical condition cannot ensure safe efficient operation, then for each unit of such equipment, the "Contractor" together with the "Customer" draws up a "Defective Statement" in the form of Appendix 6, which is the basis for the write-off and recycling.
3.2.4. The cost of the current repair of the climatic equipment specified in the "Defective List" is carried out at the rates proposed by the "Contractor" (Appendix 8), while the physical volumes of maintenance work under the contract are adjusted by the bilateral agreement of the "Parties".
3.3. In the commercial proposal (paper version) it is necessary to indicate the total cost of maintenance and repair in accordance with Appendices No. 5 and No. 8.
3.4. On the electronic platform B2B, the total cost of work on maintenance and repair of climatic equipment is set (the sum of the cost of work, according to Appendices No. 5 and No. 8)
4. Requirements for the Contractor.
4.1. The contractor must have all the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work.
4.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, the arrival of the Contractor's representatives to the Customer is recommended.
4.3. The contractor in his commercial offer indicates the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
4.4. In case of justified comments to the personnel on the quality of the work performed, violation of safety regulations, as well as violations of an administrative nature, at the request of the Customer's specialists, the Contractor is obliged to immediately replace these employees.
4.5. Work performed not of high quality must be redone at the expense of the Contractor and handed over to the Customer.
4.6. Maintenance and repair of climatic equipment should be carried out by personnel trained in labor protection, industrial safety and have a qualification group for electrical safety corresponding to the position. Documents certifying the passage of the above trainings and the electrical safety group must be presented before starting work (Appendix No. 1).
4.7. After signing the Certificate of Completion, the "Contractor" must transfer to the "Customer" the dismantled materials, parts and equipment obtained during the dismantling of the equipment, suitable (not suitable) for use in the performance of work, or materials, parts and equipment received from the "Customer" (or paid by the "Customer") and not used in the performance of work, with the execution, if necessary, of the Act on the posting of material assets received during disassembly of the equipment
5. Conditions of work
5.1. Work at an operating enterprise.
5.2. Motor transport and special equipment (car lift) for the performance of work is provided by the Contractor.
5.3. The Contractor's expenses for lifting mechanisms are compensated by the Customer to the Contractor on the basis of the invoices, invoices provided by the Contractor at the end of each month with the attachment of primary documents confirming the actual expenses of the Contractor for the involved lifting mechanisms, as well as the dates and times of their use on the territory of the Customer ...
6. Place of work:
The territory of the Customer and the Contractor.
7. Turnaround time:
From the moment of signing the Agreement within a calendar year.

8.1. Payment is made after the actual completion of the work.
8.2. Payment is made by bank transfer, by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor
