Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

The offer price should include the cost of manufacturing, packaging, transportation costs for the delivery of products.

The land plot is located in the northern part of the cadastral quarter (Ust-Luga Commercial Sea Port).

Comments:
A mandatory requirement for admission to participate in the procurement procedure is the provision of:

1. The applicant's application forms simultaneously with the submission of the commercial offer.

2. Commercial proposals in electronic form must be confirmed by the participants of the procedure on the company's letterhead, signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure.
The prices and terms of delivery in the commercial offers must correspond to the offers submitted to the ETP.

3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or a distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).

4. Proposals for the supply of similar material with the technical characteristics stated in the procedure are being considered (the TCP form is filled in when submitting analogues).

5. Note! This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
