Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% post-payment upon receipt of the goods and materials at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:The price includes delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. (in this case, specify the delivery method).
Mandatory availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods when they arrive at the warehouse. The delivered product must be new, not restored. The product must be marked. When shipping the goods, the Buyer must be notified with the provision of copies of: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.

IN THE KP, IT IS MANDATORY TO PRESCRIBE THE FULL/A DETAILED NAME OF THE POSITIONS AND ATTACH THE CORRESPONDING PHOTOS.

1) It is necessary to attach the Commercial Offer (KP) in electronic form. Price offers without an attached KP will be considered last.
2) When setting the KP, you must specify the following information:
- Separately, the cost for the goods and separately the cost for delivery (including taxation);
- Payment terms;
- Delivery time;
- Type of packaging/container;
- Certificates of conformity;
- Links to the manufacturer;
- The supplier's attitude to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
- A guarantee.
3) The products must be new, not used;
4) The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming
quality;
5) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill out the packing list (see the example of filling in the purchase form
documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of the documents to the customer by e-mail.
6) Participation in the tender means acceptance of the buyer's contract form.
Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
KP CONTAINING INCOMPLETE INFORMATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
