Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:90% - after signing the acts in the period from the 1st to the 15th of the month, payment is made up to and including the 30th (31st) of the current month;
- when signing acts from 15 to 31, payment is made on the 15th of the next month

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility.

Proposals should be submitted on an official letterhead with a signature and seal.
The offer must specify the warranty period, payment terms, work completion period, and mobilization period.
It is mandatory to attach an estimate to the proposal.
All unforeseen and organizational expenses should be included in the KP
