Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
1) Post-payment (30 calendar days from the date of signing the Acts) Conclusion of an agreement only with an organization working with the USN.
2) The released foreman (gathering of employees on the site, distribution and tabulation of employees by zones, control over employees and the possibility of emergency replacements of employees on the site and constant presence on the site to be able to resolve issues in case of inspections by inspection bodies)
3) The possibility of replacing employees on the day of the event.
4) BID FROM 20 people!
5) Reimburse the Customer for the amount of losses incurred for losses, damage to property, products by the employees involved.
6) Bear full responsibility for the actions/inaction of the employees involved
7) Submission of an offer in full for three items.

9) Please submit an accreditation request in advance.
It is necessary to attach a Commercial Proposal and a company card.
This request for proposals is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and is not an offer of the Customer.
The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the procedure for requesting commercial offers at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
