Payment terms:
Payment is carried out according to the system of a single payment day (one day per week). Monthly, upon the services rendered, a deferral of payment of payment of at least 30 cal days (ready to consider the contractor's proposal). The cost of 1 car-hour shall be provided taking into account the cost of relocation.

The mechanisms are provided upon one-time requests from the structural divisions of Lebedinsky GOK JSC. The work schedule is ragged. The declared volume in hours is conditional and is adjusted based on the actual needs of the Customer. Include transport (travel) expenses in the cost of services.

The provided technical and commercial proposal must consist of two parts - technical and commercial, certified by the signature of the head with a stamp. In the technical part, the list and scope of work must be indicated and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TCH can duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the TCH will be presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices.
