JSC SoftLine Trade pays special attention to the fact that this procedure is not a tender in the sense of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also cannot be considered as a public offer in the sense of paragraph 2. Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, therefore, the conduct of this procedure does not impose on JSC SoftLine Trade an appropriate amount of obligations for the mandatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner or participant.

SoftLine Trade JSC may refuse to conduct this procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Bidders, including for reimbursement of any costs associated with the preparation and submission of an application for participation in this procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
