Payment terms:Within 60 calendar days on the basis of the acceptance certificate for the provision of services signed by the parties and the original invoice.
Delivery terms:The authorized representative of the Customer passes the fire extinguisher(s) to the Contractor for recharging, repair or testing.
The Contractor, within 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the fire extinguisher(s), independently carries out work on recharging, repairing or testing the fire extinguisher(s) and transfers the fire extinguisher(s) to the authorized representative of the Customer.
The Contractor, at the end of the calendar month, notifies the Customer about the work done during the specified period, and transmits to the Customer, the acts of acceptance of the completed works and invoices in 2 copies.
