Auto-extension

Payment terms:, a rate of 100% (one hundred percent) for services rendered for each phase shall be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of provided services report hand over-acceptance on the corresponding phase on the basis of the executor.
Delivery terms:1. Services should be provided by executor in accordance with the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation, technical requirements (annex No. 1 to the agreement). 2. Services are provided in stages according to schedule delivery of services (annex 4 to the agreement), as follows: 2.1. Start of provision of services: day following the day of signature of the contract by the parties. 2.2. The end of the provision of services: through 11 months from the date of signing of the contract.
