The year of manufacture of used couplings is not earlier than 2000 (from 01.01.2000 to 12/31/2023).
The automatic coupling at the time of transfer must be repaired and suitable for installation on locomotives without additional repair work or their completion, etc. by the buyer.
The supplier in the commercial offer must indicate the location, the owner of the used couplings, and must also be ready at any time before, during, or after the tender procedures to provide access to the buyer's representatives for inspection of the couplings and familiarization with the accompanying documentation.
*IMPORTANT: A stamp with a clear designation of the number of the repair point, month and year of repair with figures at least 6 mm high and 0.25 mm deep (for example: 05/37/08) must be applied on the coupler; old stamps must be cleaned.
The commercial offer must be valid for at least 45 calendar days after the completion of the procedure on the electronic trading platform.
It is necessary to indicate in the commercial offer the weight (kg) and volume (l/dm3) of one package and the entire batch of the delivered goods.
The price of the supplied products in the offer must be indicated in Russian rubles.
Input control. When making a Commercial Proposal, register all the requirements in full, in accordance with the request.
The provision of a guarantee for products is mandatory (the offer must specify the warranty period).
