The contractor must have and use serviceable equipment and equipment necessary to perform the work.
The contractor is fully responsible for the safety of all delivered materials, equipment and tools until the completion of the work.
The work must be performed by qualified staff of the Contractor.
The Contractor's personnel must be certified in the field of occupational health and safety, have the necessary qualifications and permits to perform work, with supporting documents.
Comply with the requirements of industrial, fire and electrical safety when organizing work.
