Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Together with the application for participation, it is necessary to complete and attach the file "Technical characteristics of the proposed model (for filling)" (see the procurement documentation).
Before submitting an offer, carefully read the procurement documentation.

Submission of quotations is considered only in the ruble currency. Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (connected) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.

Participation is free.
EDS is not required.

The participant of the procedure can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the application submission.
