Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:prices in the request, according to the application-specification (appendix № 1 to the present invitation), should be specified in Russian rubles for 1 unit of measure for each item in the lot, without vat, but taking into account other for this type of goods taxes, duties and other necessary Expenses of the supplier (production, loading-unloading, travel expenses, etc.) for fulfillment of orders of the Customer.
Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period of not less than 1 year from the date of conclusion of the Contract.
Payment method – Non-cash form of payments;
The date of execution of the Customer's obligations on the payment of services shall be considered the day of withdrawal of funds from the Customer's Account.
Payment:
100% postpay within 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the commodity-administrative Documents.
In case of a claim to the supplier for the quality of Otshitogo goods and/or the delivery time of the goods, the customer has the right to suspend the payment for the delivered goods, but not more than the amount of the Customer's Claim.
