Comments: As part of the 1st stage, it is necessary to fill out and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements [05 Compliance Questionnaire.xlsx] and [05.1 Delivery experience.xlsx]. The entire need is divided into 4 lots (Macroregions). The participant can apply for one/several or all lots. It is necessary to fill in the prices for all positions within the selected lot.
