Payment terms:	-аванс в размере 10 % стоимости первого этапа работ в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Сторонами Договора, на основании счета Подрядчика; аванс в размере 10% стоимости последующего этапа работ выплачиваются в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Сторонами акта сдачи-приемки предыдущего этапа работ и получения Заказчиком счета, выставленного Подрядчиком Окончательные расчеты за выполненные работы производятся в течение 65 (шестидесяти пяти) календарных дней с пятого числа месяца, следующего за месяцем, в котором Сторонами был подписан Акт сдачи-приемки работ на основании счета Подрядчика. При этом при расчетах учитывается аванс, выплаченный Подрядчику в соответствии условиями Договора.
