Payment terms:Payment is made upon completion of the work within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receipt by the General Contractor of the certificates of acceptance of the work performed signed by both parties (in the form of KS-2) and certificates of the cost of the work performed (in the form of KS-3), as well as original invoices.
Delivery terms:The term of the work is 90 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the subcontracting agreement for the evacuation ladders of the EFK, 30 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the subcontracting agreement for the crane—beam No. 56 EC with the possibility of early completion of the work.
