2. For Bidders of Call for Bidding for METALLOINVEST Group of Companies, it is mandatory to pass the qualification selection for the groups "REIS Services" and "SMR Services" (111, 169). 3. Applicants fill out Appendices No. 1,2,3,4 from the file "FILL IN Appendices No. 1-4" and Appendix No. 5 from the file FILL in Appendix No. 5, enclosed in the bid documentation.
The settlement conditions must be determined taking into account the payment day established in METALLOINVEST Group from 07/01/2021 – Tuesday.

4. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly comply with the data indicated on the electronic platform. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participation in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an Agreement may be terminated.
