Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract price is made by the Customer upon completion of all Works under the Contract and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of the Result of the work, minus the guarantee deduction in the amount of 5% of the contract value, with a deferred payment of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction Facility (form KS-14), provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
the Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties for the completed construction of the Facility (form KS-14);
signed by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of completed works (form KS-2);
, Copies of Acceptance Certificates of the full set of Executive/Technical/Initial Permit (including permission to put the Facility into operation) /Operational documentation signed by the Parties;
A certificate signed by the Parties on the cost of the work performed (form KS-3);
When filling out the KS-3 form by the Contractor, the following columns must be included (in full compliance with the Consolidated Estimate Calculation): "Serial number"; "Number of the Local estimate calculation"; "Name of works", the columns should be arranged in ascending order.

In case of conclusion of a contract with the SMSP:
Payment of the Contract price is made by the Customer upon completion of all Work under the Contract and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of the Result of the work, minus the guarantee deduction in the amount of 5% of the contract value, within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Acceptance Certificate of the completed Construction Object signed and sent by the Contractor (form CS-14) based on the invoice/invoice issued by the Contractor. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Payment of the Contract Price is made by the Customer by non-cash transfer of funds to the Contractor's settlement account, or in any other way provided for by the Contract and/or the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
