Payment terms:Advance payment of 20% of the contract value. Payment for work performed is carried out in stages in accordance with the Schedule of payments, subject to the subcontractor observing the deadlines for the performance of work and the fulfillment of the volumes of work specified in the Schedule of work. When settling with the Subcontractor for the performed and accepted Works, the Contractor withholds general contracting services in the amount of 5% (five percent) of the cost of the Works accepted by the Contractor for the reporting period in reimbursement of the Contractor's expenses for services rendered to the Subcontractor.
