In this event, contractors are selected who will confirm their readiness to perform work according to the subject of the request.
All the necessary information and requirements are set out in the Instructions to the participants and appendices to it (Qualification Requirements, Contract Template, Terms of Reference, etc.).
PJSC VimpelCom reserves the right to determine the winners based on:

1) Results of compliance with Qualification requirements
2) The results of the assessment of the corporate security unit for the presence/absence of interaction risks.

The entire volume is pre-divided into 7 Lots:

Lot 1 – Novosibirsk region
Lot 2 – Altai Territory, Altai Republic
Lot 3 – Kemerovo region
Lot 4 – Krasnoyarsk KR, Norilsk
Lot 5 – Rep. Khakassia, Rep. Tyva
Lot 6 – Omsk region
Lot 7 – Tomsk region

Each supplier can apply for any number of Lots.

Participants need to:
1) fill out the Questionnaire (Appendix No. 1) and the Application for compliance with the qualification requirements (Appendix No. 2) and submit it in electronic (XLS) and signed form (PDF), supplemented with supporting documents specified in the Application.
2) Fill out Appendix No. 5 with primary prices (described in more detail in clause 3.1. Instructions to the participant).
3) fill in the information on the availability of resources in the company (Appendix No. 6).
