Requirements to the participants:Участник должен обладать необходимыми профессиональными знаниями и опытом, иметь ресурсные возможности (финансовыми, материально-техническими, производственными, трудовыми), управленческой компетентностью, опытом и репутацией;
b) Участник должен обладать гражданской правоспособностью в полном объеме для заключения и исполнения Договора (должен быть зарегистрирован в установленном порядке и иметь соответствующие действующие лицензии на выполнение видов деятельности в рамках Договора);
c) Участник не должен являться неплатежеспособным или банкротом, находится в процессе ликвидации, на имущество Участника в части, существенной для исполнения договора, не должен быть наложен арест, экономическая деятельность Участника не должна быть приостановлена

Decision of the competitive commission:

  1. For Lot No. 1 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "Меридиан" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 3 264 064,07 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 2 766 155,99 RUB).
  2. For Lot No. 2 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "ЗемКом" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 700 000,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 593 220,34 RUB).
  3. For Lot No. 3 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ФГУП "Ростехинвентаризация – Федеральное БТИ" (УФО и ПФО) and enter into an Agreement for the final price 11 240 099,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 9 525 507,63 RUB).
