Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Within 10 (10) working days of the signing of the equipment receiving-transfer certificates.
VAT is paid to the budget by the Buyer in accordance with Article 161, paragraph 8, of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
Location and terms of delivery:
Goods are loaded and removed from the Seller's warehouses by means and at the Buyer's expense. The list and location of the equipment is specified in the Technical Questioning.
