Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:Place of work: "500 kV Nizhneangarskaya – Ust-Kut No. 1", plot 2 (op.193-249), plot 3 (op.254-329), plot 4 (op.330-404), plot 5 (op.405-492), plot 6 (op.493-577), plot 7 (op.579-640), plot 8 (op. 644-653)

Requirements for the timing of work:
- start date of work: June 2023;
- end date of work: November 2023
(Work is carried out in accordance with the schedule of work agreed by the Customer)

Comments:
1. The settlements of the Buryatia River closest to the place of work are Severobaikalsk, settlements: Novy Uoyan, Kichera, Verkhnezaimskoye, Angoyanskoye, Uyanskoye Evenkiyskoye rural settlement.

2. At the request of the Contractor, the Customer provides fuel, staff accommodation, meals at the facility at the expense of the contractual cost.
1) FUEL 80,676 rubles per ton or 67.75 rubles per liter
2) Accommodation in a residential complex or apartments 700 rubles /day
3) Meals 500 rubles/person..

3. Access to the facility is organized at the expense of the Customer.

4. Be sure to attach a free-form commercial offer, a reference list for similar work, a certificate of personnel and technical resources, as well as attach certificates of conformity attestation (prescribed in paragraph 14 of the TOR)

5. The materials for the work are ordered and paid for by the Customer, but the Contractor takes them (New Uoyan).

6. When performing work, the contractor must use its own tools, devices, consumables, lifting structures, mechanisms and devices.
7. Other conditions are specified in the TOR (procurement documentation).
