Delivery terms:1. The Supplier undertakes to transfer with the delivered Goods: a) a waybill, when transporting Goods by road with the involvement of the carrier. The consignment note must be issued in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 12/21/2020 No. 2200. Registration of TTN form 1-T instead of a waybill is not allowed. b) a copy of the consignment note for the Goods / universal transfer document (UPD) containing information on the number and date of the contract and specification; c) passports for the goods, certificates of conformity and other documents confirming the quality of the goods. 2. Place of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee): 353560, Russian Federation, Krasnodar Territory, Slavyansk district, Slavyansk-on-Kuban, Kolkhoznaya str., 2. 3. Delivery of the Goods to the place of transfer is carried out by the Supplier, whose expenses are included in the price of the Goods.
