We hereby inform you that LLC "FOREST INVESTMENT COMPANY" intends to take measures to select a supplier of a front loader (similar to XCMG LW500F) with a forest grab. In this regard, LLC "FOREST INVESTMENT COMPANY" invites you to send proposals on the terms specified below.
We inform you that LLC "FOREST INVESTMENT COMPANY", when considering commercial proposals, will conduct a preliminary qualification of counterparties, for which it asks you to provide the following information:
- Passport of the organization
- Commercial offer.
- A copy of the document confirming the authority of the person who signed the commercial offer.
- A copy of the Certificate of state registration of the enterprise (OGRN).
- A copy of the Charter.
- A copy of the Certificate of registration with the tax authorities (TIN).
- Certificate of the actual and legal address of the organization.
- Balance sheet (Form 1 and Form 2) for the previous calendar year and the last reporting date.
Proposals submitted later than the deadline will not be considered.
Under no circumstances can this offer be regarded as an offer. Accordingly, LLC "FOREST INVESTMENT COMPANY" does not bear any responsibility for refusing to conclude a contract with persons who have applied with an offer to conclude a relevant transaction.
LLC "FOREST INVESTMENT COMPANY" reserves the right to accept any of the received offers, or not to accept any of them.
LLC "FOREST INVESTMENT COMPANY" does not undertake to notify all participants of the competition in writing about its results.
