Payment terms:Supplier of the Products in the following order:
- 30% of the cost of the Products, including VAT, is transferred to the Supplier’s bank account on the basis of a prepayment invoice issued by the Supplier within 5 (five) banking days from the date of signing the Agreement;
- the remaining 70% within 5 (five) banking days from the date of delivery of the Products, receipt and signing of the original invoice in the form (TORG-12) by the Buyer.
Delivery terms:Delivery and manufacturing time of the Products, 50 (fifty) calendar days from the date of transfer of the advance amount to the Supplier's account.
