Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
Payment will be made within 60 days after delivery. If it is impossible to fulfill the required payment conditions, offer your alternative option. We reserve the right to choose an acceptable option for cooperation in terms of payment terms.
The price in the commercial offer must be indicated taking into account the delivery to the destination specified in the terms of reference, while the cost of delivery must be allocated separately for each nomenclature unit.

The commercial offer must contain information about the nomenclature list proposed for delivery, delivery dates, delivery methods and conditions, technical characteristics and other conditions that meet the requirements specified in the terms of reference.
Prices for goods (new only) must be indicated in rubles per unit excluding VAT (20%), including packaging, transportation costs to the Buyer/Customer's warehouse, customs duties, fees and other mandatory payments.
Delivery terms:
Fixing the price for the specified period. Indication of the basis of delivery according to the Requirements Specification - "delivery at the expense of the Supplier" and "To the Customer's warehouse". Deliveries of goods and equipment are carried out by preliminary discharge monthly/quarterly. Regular Call for Bidding. Postponement of payment after delivery of products to the buyer's warehouse.

Comments: MANDATORY requirement: when placing documents, attach a Commercial Proposal in two versions:
1. in electronic format (template B2B)
2. in the form of a scan with the seal and signature of the supervisor.
3. Prices in electronic format must correspond to the prices in the attached Commercial Proposals
