Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Mandatory conditions for Contractual Counterparty:
Payment terms - a delay of 60 cal.days. Contractual Counterparties may offer alternative payment terms.
Guarantee - according to the standard contract, unless otherwise specified in the Requirements Specification.
Consent of the Contractual Counterparty to sign the standard form of the contract.
If the offered product is restored or used, it is mandatory to have photos that will need to be sent at the request of the Customer to the e-mail address from which the invitation will be received to confirm the proper condition and complete configuration.
The possibility of reserving goods before the end of the tender procedure and signing contractual obligations.

The Call For Bidding Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offers until the Bid submission deadline.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from the competition.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
