Comments: Dear participants!
Purchase of consumables for the needs of the Magnit network by the end of 2022 for the GM format. Specify the single price per unit of the product, taking into account the delivery to the DC of Tander JSC (the list of the RC in a separate file). An agreement will be concluded with the winners of the auction with fixing volumes for the calendar year and quarterly price indexation. The price of polymer packaging containers is subject to recalculation when the cost of raw materials fluctuates beyond the range of ± 7% from the date of the previous specification. By the 10th day of the required month in the quarter, the Supplier shall provide the Buyer with a price change report according to the formula pricing, by the 15th day of the required month in the quarter, the Supplier and sign a specification for the supply of products. The first revision of the price is possible no earlier than three months after signing the supply agreement. Next, each new price change must be recorded for the period of 1 quarter. The formula for calculating the cost is:
Container price, rub. excluding VAT = last purchase price (1 +/- share of raw material*% increase/decrease)
The price is set without VAT with two values after the decimal point. The information on the formula is attached to the tender documentation. If the participant does not agree to apply the formula, he has the right to submit an offer taking into account the price fixing for 1 year. At the same time, the formula pricing does not apply to the specified price during the term of the contract. Delivery in batches on actual demand. Tander JSC reserves the right to change the quantity both up and down within 30%.
