Purchase of consumables for the needs of the Magnet network until the end of 2023 for the GM format.
Alternative proposals are being considered.
Specify a single price per unit of the product, taking into account delivery to the JSC Thunder RC (the list of RC in a separate file).
An agreement will be concluded with the winners of the auction with the fixation of volumes for the calendar year and quarterly price indexation. The price of polymer packaging containers is subject to recalculation when the cost of raw materials fluctuates beyond the range of ± 7% from the date of the previous specification. By the 10th day of the required month in the quarter, the Supplier provides the Buyer with a price change protocol according to the formula pricing, by the 15th day of the required month in the quarter, the Supplier and the Buyer sign a specification for the supply of products. The first revision of the cost is possible no earlier than three months after the signing of the delivery contract. Further, each new price change should be fixed for the period of 1 quarter. The formula for calculating the cost:
Container price, rub. without VAT = the price of the last purchase (1 +/- share of raw materials * % increase /decrease).
The price is set without VAT with two values after the decimal point. Information on the formula is attached in the tender documentation. If the participant does not agree to the use of the formula, he has the right to submit an offer taking into account the price fixing for 1 year. At the same time, formula pricing does not apply to the specified price during the validity of the contract.
Delivery in batches according to the actual need.
JSC Tander reserves the right to change the quantity both up and down within 30%.
