Comments:
1. It is necessary to fill in the Commercial Proposal and attach the necessary certificates and declarations for the goods. It is mandatory to attach a visualization (picture) with a full description of the nomenclature item to the Technical and Commercial Proposal.
2. The purchased goods must strictly comply with the requirements of the documentation.
3. The request for prices is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure for requesting prices is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting prices does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
