Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:The Buyer pays for the actually delivered goods of proper quality and completeness within 45 (Forty-five) days from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the goods and the originals of shipping documents. The price includes all shipping, shipping, packaging and other mandatory payments.
Delivery terms:Essential conditions*:
1. Agreement with the terms of payment: The Buyer pays for the actually delivered goods of proper quality and completeness within 45 (Forty-five) days from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the goods and the originals of shipping documents.
2. The price includes all shipping, shipping, packaging and other mandatory payments.
3. DDP. Delivery by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse must be included in the product price.
4. Estimated delivery date - 08/01/2024.
5. Contract in the standard edition of the Buyer.
* The provision of a price offer means acceptance of the Essential Conditions.

Comments:
1. Details about the purchased products in the terms of reference in the attachment.
2. Lists of documents for due diligence checks and for participation in the investment (submission of documents is necessary for Bidders who are not yet current suppliers of AVTOVAZ JSC).
3. The contract is concluded in the editorial office of AVTOVAZ JSC. The draft agreement is indicative, subject to editing when signed by the parties.
4. Warranty period for equipment from 6-12 months.
5. Equivalents are not considered.
6. The supply of original spare parts is required.
7. The selected supplier provides constituent documents for the conclusion of the contract.
8. Under no circumstances can this offer be regarded as an offer. Accordingly, AVTOVAZ JSC is not responsible for refusing to conclude an agreement with persons who have applied with an offer to conclude a corresponding transaction.
AVTOVAZ JSC reserves the right to accept any of the received offers, or not to accept any of them.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
