3.2.1. The Customer makes an advance payment for the equipment and consumables according to the Local Estimated calculation within 5 (five) business days from the date of submission of the invoice for payment in the amount of 50% of the cost of the equipment and consumables.
3.2.2. Upon acceptance of the equipment and consumables (item 2.1. of the Terms of Reference), the Customer makes the final payment for the supplied equipment and consumables according to the Local Estimated Calculation within 5 (five) working days from the date of acceptance of the equipment and consumables.

Обоснование: При выборе исполнителя на право заключения Договора на выполнение работ по доставке, монтажу, проведению ПНР и передаче в эксплуатацию систем кондиционирования воздуха в коттеджах и банных комплексах Гостиничного комплекса, были рассмотрены поступившие заявки на соответствие условиям Извещения и приложенной Технической документации.
Участник 1 - заявка не соответствует (отсутствует техническое решение по расстановке оборудования на объекте)
Участник 2 - заявка соответствует
Участник 3 - заявка соответствует
Выбор из двух соответствующих заявок по наименьшей цене. Наименьшую цену предоставил Участник 3 (ООО Тех-Решения).
Технические решения, предоставленные выбранной компанией (Участник 3) согласованы и одобрены инженерной службой.
