Settlements for delivered Goods are made within a period of no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of delivery of the goods and receipt from the supplier of a complete set of documents (including invoice, invoice, FRT, copies of quality certificates and quality certificates of the manufacturer). Settlements for goods delivered are made in a non-cash form, by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Supplier. All calculations under this contract are completed by the execution of an act of reconciliation of mutual settlements of the parties.
Delivery terms:
The delivery of the Goods shall be carried out by installments on the basis of the Buyer's application, which are integral parts of the Contract. The application shall specify the name, quantity, delivery time and price for the Goods. The application must be received by the Supplier with confirmation of receipt by fax, e-mail or in person, the delivery time of the Goods is no more than 3 (three) business days from the date of receipt by the Supplier of the application from the Buyer.
The Supplier delivers the Goods to the Recipient in-house and at their own expense.

Обоснование: В связи с тем, что единственный участник ООО ТД «Мир продуктов МСК» допущен к участию в запросе котировок № ЗК-26-2018, в соответствии с пунктом 6.8.2 котировочной документации согласовать заключение договора на право заключения договора поставки кондитерских изделий с единственным участником по цене, согласованной в установленном порядке, но не выше цены, указанной в заявке ООО ТД «Мир продуктов МСК» в соответствии с условиями, указанными в заявке, техническом предложении ООО ТД «Мир продуктов МСК».
Запрос котировок № ЗК-26-2018 признать несостоявшимся в связи с тем, что на участие в запросе котировок подано менее 2 (двух) котировочных заявок, на основании подпункта 1 пункта 6.8.1 котировочной документации.
