1. The materials for which analogues are allowed are indicated in the list of purchase items marked *analog is possible. In the case of an analogue proposal, its preliminary approval is required. Requests for approval of analogs should be sent to contact persons. Requests for approval of analogues are accepted until 20.07.2023.
2. The supplier undertakes to organize a stock of materials in its own warehouse in the amount of 2-3 monthly consumption.
3. The average consumption for six months (with an average capacity utilization of 70%) is presented in the list of procurement items for informational purposes.
4. Terms of delivery – within 7 calendar days from the date of approval of the purchase order.
5. The supplier undertakes to fix the prices for 1 year.
6. Potential suppliers are subject to mandatory verification by the security service. In case of a negative conclusion of the SB, Voronezh Transformer LLC reserves the right to refuse to conclude a contract with this counterparty.
7. Several winners are possible.
8. The winner is determined if they were offered the most favorable conditions for the supply of 20 percent or more of the total assortment / volume.
Exceptions are possible, at the discretion of Voronezh Transformer LLC.

To the upload procedure:

3) Details on the letterhead / company card with signature and seal;
4) An order for the director / a power of attorney for a person who has the right to sign;
5) TIN/KPP and OGRN certificates;
6) the charter.
It is mandatory to specify the proposed payment term in the TAP.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
