Comments:
We invite you to take part in the Request for Proposals to select a supplier for the manufacture and delivery of TC Karusel branded POS materials to stores in 2022.
The request for proposals is not a tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is a Request for Proposals (an invitation to make offers).

Procedure and conditions for participation

The request for proposals will be conducted in the form of electronic bidding (online auction) in accordance with the Specification Application (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

The place of the procedure is set b2b-center.ru.
Participation in this procedure is free of charge.

The request for proposals will be open until 5:00 PM (UTC), with no possible extension after normal time.

A mandatory condition for participation is to attach to b2b-center.ru the final proposal based on the results of the Request for Proposals (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) with specifying: prices for each lot in rubles excluding VAT.

When submitting the price, the participant must attach:

ü regulations certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization (Appendix No. 2) by uploading documents to the ETP;
ü completed application form - Qualification requirements (Appendix No. 3 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by downloading documents on the ETP; with the attached staffing table.
ü counterparty card (Appendix No. 4 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel format by uploading documents to the ETP;
ü letter — agreement with the terms of reference and readiness to sign a standard contract form (in free form on the company letterhead) by uploading documents to the ETP;
Correction of tender documents forms (adding/deleting lines, changing wording) by Participants is not allowed.

The organizer reserves the right to rebid.

Documents are provided in the following form: scans of documents in pdf format, file name, date (the date should reflect the day of signing (registering, issuing) the document). One file must contain one document!
