Comments:
We invite you to participate in the Request for Proposals to select a contractor for the provision of BTL services for the FCS Carousel of X5 Retail Group (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).

The current request for proposals is not a Tender (bidding form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This Call for Tenders is a Request for proposals (invitations to tenders).

The procedure and conditions of participation

The request for proposals shall be held in the form of e-bidding (online auction) according to the Request Specification (Attachment №1) in accordance withe the Requirements Specification.
Venue of the bidding – b2b-center.ru e-trade platform.
Participation in this bidding procedure is free of charge.

Request for proposals will be held from 06/25/2020 to 17:00 07/01/2020 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of normal time.

A prerequisite for participation is the attachment to b2b-center.ru of the final proposal based on the results of the Request for Proposals (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) indicating: prices for each lot in RUBLES excluding VAT 18%.

When submitting the quotation, Participant shall upload:
ü the regulations certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization (Appendix No. 2) by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
ü completed questionnaire - Qualification requirements (Appendix No. 3) in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform.
Attach at least one recommendation from large federal companies on BTL events: opening a store, organizing promotional activities at the federal level. Providing a letter of recommendation, indicating the project, a description of the project. Indicate the task that was set before the agency, indicate the estimated budget of the project. The letter of recommendation must be signed by the General Director / Marketing Director of the Customer, certified by the seal of the Customer .;
Attach a presentation of the activities carried out over the past three years with large, networked companies, indicating the Customer, geography, a mission statement and an estimated budget.
ü counterparty card (Appendix No. 4) in electronic Excel format by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
ü a letter - acceptance of the terms of reference and readiness to sign a standard contract form (in free form on the organization's letterhead) by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
ü presentation of a team of employees dedicated to work with the FCS Carousel: education, qualifications, work experience, examples of activities in PDF format by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
ü scan of a signed NDI in PDF format by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
ü scan of a signed non-disclosure agreement of information constituting a trade secret in PDF format by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
ü scan letter of confirmation of participation by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
Upon completion of the Request for Proposals, the Brief will be sent to the participants who submitted the full set of documents.
Tender documentation forms can not not be adjusted (addition/removal of lines, wording modification) by the Participants.

Bidding organizer shall reserve the right to hold a re-bidding.

Documents are provided in the following form: scans of documents in pdf format, file name, date (date should reflect the day of signing (registration, issue) of the document). One file shall contact one document!
