An application for participation in tenders is drawn up arbitrarily in the form of an electronic document in Russian and must contain: the name, legal form, location, mailing address (for legal entities) of the applicant; surname, name, patronymic, passport data, information about the place of residence (for an individual) of the applicant; contact telephone number, email address of the applicant.
Together with the application, the following documents are provided:
- Application form in accordance with the Appendix to the auction documentation;
- copies of identification documents (for an individual),
- the current edition of the Charter, as well as all current amendments and additions to it containing a registration mark (for a legal entity);
- original Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities / Individual Entrepreneurs, received no earlier than 30 days before the date of submission of the application for bidding, or a notarized copy of it, or an electronic document signed by an enhanced qualified electronic signature of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation;
- a document confirming the representative’s authority to take actions on behalf of the legal entity (a copy of the decision on the appointment or election of an individual to the position), according to which such a person has the right to act on behalf of the legal entity without a power of attorney. If a proxy person acts on behalf of a legal entity, a power of attorney is also provided, certified by the seal of the legal entity (if any) and signed on behalf of the legal entity by the person or persons to whom (in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, constituent documents the legal entity is granted the right to sign a power of attorney, or a notarized copy of such a power of attorney (a legalized copy of such a power of attorney or a copy affixed with an apostille on it - for foreign persons). If the specified power of attorney is issued in the order of submission, the main power of attorney is also submitted, on the basis of which the power of attorney was issued in the manner of submission (or its duly certified copy);
- for a foreign legal entity or individual entrepreneur: a duly certified extract (or its duly certified copy) from the trade register of the country of incorporation of a foreign legal entity with a duly certified translation into Russian, the date of receipt of which does not exceed 1 (one) month before the date of submission applications for participation in tenders; a duly certified document (or its duly certified copy) on the registration of a foreign individual as an individual entrepreneur in accordance with the legislation of the relevant foreign state with a properly certified translation into Russian, the date of receipt of which does not exceed 1 (one) month before the date of submission bid applications.
- a copy of the decision to consent to a major transaction or to approve a transaction under the Charter, if the requirement that such a decision is necessary to complete a major transaction is established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and (or) the constituent documents of a legal entity;
- a letter about the presence or absence of the applicant’s interest in VTB Factoring LLC and the nature of this interest in the transaction;
- consent to the processing of personal data (in the form according to the Appendix to the auction documentation) of the person who filed the application, as well as all subjects of personal data whose personal data is transmitted along with the application.
Applications for participation in tenders are accepted in electronic form through an electronic document management system on a website on the Internet at http://www.b2b-center.ru
The winner of the procedure will be the buyer who has offered the maximum price.
The conclusion of the contract as amended by the "Seller".
To participate in the auction, the Bidder makes security for the application in accordance with the rules of the ETP.
