To participate in the request for proposals of JSC "ELMA", I ask you to send documents for your organization according to the list below:
certified with the seal of the counterparty organization and the signature of its head ("THE COPY IS CORRECT") or the original:
1. Offer (excel and pdf format) (fill in the attached file)
2. Reference list (fill in the attached file)
3. Commercial offer.
4. Counterparty card (attached file), filled in completely

All documentation must be attached to the application on the B2B site or sent to the mail tender@elmagroup.ru .

This Invitation is not an offer. The COMPANY reserves the right to accept any of the Tender Offers or not to accept any of them. Any tender offer that does not meet the requirements of the Invitation documents or contains provisions that contradict them may be rejected. The COMPANY is not obliged to explain the reasons for refusing to accept the offer, as well as to enter into any further negotiations or correspondence with the Bidder in connection with the refusal to accept the Tender Offer.

VALIDITY OF TENDER OFFERS
The tender offer must be a firm offer and have a validity period during which it can be accepted by the COMPANY, not less than 40 (forty) calendar days from the date of expiry of the deadline for submission of tender proposals. The COMPANY has the right to reject a tender offer whose validity period is less than the specified period.

Definition
The term "lump sum price" means that the price offered by the Bidder includes all costs associated with the performance of the relevant amount of work by the Bidder (including, but not limited to, labor costs, materials, overhead costs and margin), as well as the fact that the Bidder must perform the appropriate amount of work at the specified price, regardless of the actual costs of the Bidder.

SUBCONTRACTOR / JOINT VENTURES
If a tender Participant offers to involve any other company (either affiliated with it or not) in the provision of services, or any part of the services, such involvement will put another company in the position of a subcontractor who will not be a party to any contract concluded between the COMPANY and the Tender Participant. All major subcontractors must be specified.

EVALUATION AND COMPARISON OF TENDER OFFERS
Only those Tender Proposals that the COMPANY deems fully relevant to the tender documentation are evaluated.
After the stage of evaluation of applications and commercial proposals of the participants, the 4 most profitable according to economic and technical criteria will be selected and invited to the stage of negotiations with the bidding stage regarding the initially declared value.
The term of conclusion of the contract is 10 days from the date of signing by the customer of the protocol on the results of the purchase.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TENDER OFFER
The Tender Participant's offer may be accepted by the COMPANY at any time during the term of the offer by sending a written notice by the COMPANY to the Tender Participant. The BUYER has the right to negotiate with the Bidder for clarification or modification of the Bidder's offer or may accept the Bidder's offer without any discussion or agreement of the terms of the Bidder's offer.

COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE TENDER
The COMPANY is not responsible for any costs and expenses incurred by the Bidder in connection with the preparation of the Tender Offer or the agreement of the terms of the contract.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
