Payment terms:Recommended payment terms: for actually performed work, the Customer makes payment no later than 45 calendar days after signing the acts of work performed and providing the original invoice);
other payment terms: the contractor provides a bank guarantee for the advance payment.
Delivery terms:Period of work: in stopping overhaul September - 30.11.2021. The number of shifts in the rental of special equipment: 5 (five) work shifts per week, 6 (six) hours at work and 2 (two) hours on hold.

Comments:
Mandatory conditions for participation in the tender:
• Requirements for mobilization and demobilization of equipment and personnel: delivery of special equipment with a crew to the place of work and return for transfer from the lease is carried out by the Landlord;
• The aerial platform must comply with the FNPPS of the Russian Federation (have a mark in the passport about admission to work and passed the survey). The rig driver must be certified and have a certificate with him.
• The truck crane must comply with the FNPPS RF (must be registered and registered with Rostekhnadzor, an examination must be passed). The crane operator must be certified and have a certificate with him.

The contractor must provide:
• copies of valid permits for the admission of special equipment to carry out this type of work (a copy of the special equipment passport with a mark of registration with Rostekhnadzor and a copy of the records of the results of the technical examination);
• copies of documents for special vehicles (a copy of the registration certificate, a copy of the PTS, a lease agreement, a compulsory vehicle insurance policy);
• a copy of the driver's certification certificate;
• confirm the availability of work experience in similar types of work;
• confirm the presence of positive references;
• balance sheet or income statement for the last 3 years;
• TCH, which consists of two parts:
a) commercial part;
b) the technical part.
The commercial part must include:
• Indicate the cost of services for renting special equipment with a crew for one hour of operation of 1 unit of special equipment (from the account of 5 (five) work shifts per week, 6 (six) hours at work and 2 (two) hours waiting;
• Provide an official confirmation that the delivery of special equipment with a crew to the work site and return for transfer from the lease is carried out by the Landlord.
The commercial proposal must be certified by the signature of the head and the seal of the company or a scanned copy, fax. The rate (the cost of services for renting special equipment with a crew) must cover all obligations of the tenderer to fulfill the requirements contained in the tender documents and terms of reference, including the cost of consumables, expenses for fuel and lubricants, the cost of mobilization services, travel expenses, etc.
