The conclusion of a contract with a potential Supplier (Seller) is considered only on the terms of the standard contract form of JSC "NZHS" (the contract form is attached).
The choice of Supplier will be determined taking into account the IDO (Due Diligence Index). When summing up the results of the procurement procedure, the Organizer, at its discretion, guided by internal regulatory documents, can make decisions regardless of the lowest price offer.


By the decision of the Organizer, it is possible to summarize the results of the procurement procedure after providing samples of the subject of purchase and conducting laboratory tests.
