Payment terms:
Payment is made by the Buyer, subject to receipt from the Supplier of an invoice for payment duly issued in the name of the Buyer. The Buyer makes payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of works, rendering of services) and the signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate (Certificate of performance of services, works) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).

The planned annual volume is indicated. Delivery to the warehouse, at the expense of the supplier. Completion, packaging, labeling. Fixing prices for 12 months.
