5. Important!! In case of additional need for PPE in the period from 04/01/2024 to 03/31/2025, the Supplier(s) recognized as the winner supplies PPE at the prices fixed in the contract.
6. Important!! We ask the Bidders Call for Bidding to indicate, in case of additional need for PPE, in the period from 04/01/2024 to 03/31/2025, what is the minimum shipment batch.
Please note that this criterion will be evaluated when choosing PPE suppliers for 2024.
The minimum shipment lot must be delivered to the consignees' warehouses within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of sending the supplement. bids
7. Important!! The request for Proposals (2023-316-TB_SIZ) will be held with a selective review of PPE samples in each lot. The information is indicated in the Procured item (to the office)
Suppliers taking part in the preparation of Commercial Proposals for these lots must provide samples of the products offered for delivery to the office of CA JSC "PGK" located at: 105066, Moscow, Novoryazanskaya str., house 24 by 12/13/2023. Commercial Proposals are not considered without providing samples.
8. Suppliers participating in the request for proposals (2023-316-TB_SIZ) for 1 and 2 lots must submit copies of the conclusions confirming the production of industrial products on the territory of the Russian Federation issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation regarding special clothing and special footwear.
