Payment terms:оплата осуществляется по факту передачи в полном объеме неисключительных прав на программное обеспечение, указанных в пункте 2 Технического задания (Часть III), в течении срока отсрочки оплаты, который не может быть меньше 10 (десяти) календарных дней со дня подписания Актов передачи таких прав, предоставления счета-фактуры, счета, выставленного в соответствии с Актом передачи прав. Аванс не предусмотрен.
