Comments: LLC Padalinskoye has a need to perform analytical research work with preliminary sample preparation of ordinary geochemical samples.
We ask you to consider the terms of reference and, if you are interested in providing these services, send a commercial offer consisting of:
1. A cover letter indicating the cost and detailed conditions for the provision of services;
2. Completed offer card;
3. Company cards;
4. In accordance with the security policy of Polymetal Holding, as part of submitting a commercial offer, the Bidder must also provide the following documents:
- A letterhead and sealed consent to the processing of personal data addressed to the Managing Director of Padalinskoye LLC Tarabarova Vasilina Valentinovna from the head and all founders of your organization;
- The Charter (in the latest edition) with all amendments and additions;
- Certificate of state registration (assignment of OGRN);
- Certificate of tax registration;
- The decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
- Letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- Accounting (financial) statements for the last reporting year, or for the last reporting period;
- Bank statement on the movement of funds for the last 3 months;
