Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

3.1 Qualification selection for the groups "Services for REE" and "Services for SMR" (111, 169). (score) (No.627)
Companies that have not been accredited cannot be selected as the winner of the tender procedures.
4. Specify the transcript of the cost for each cost item of the estimates and provide the calculation of the contract price (calculation of the index).
5. Specify the taxation system of the enterprise (general regime or USNO).
6. In case of additional expenses (travel expenses, etc.), please provide a transcript of the cost with the calculation of: accommodation, daily allowance, travel.
7. Provide a list of resources in the "Materials" section with an indication of the price, cost and TKR for each item and the total cost of materials for each estimate.
8. The TAP must fully comply with the request and DTZ-58-12/2021 of the Customer, must be submitted according to the Customer's form (Appendix 10 - Commercial Offer form (KP) to the request), and must also be informed of the possibility of signing the Contract according to the Customer's form (attached).
